These terms govern use of the Orusuban app (“the App” / “the Service”). Please read them before use.
These terms set the rights and obligations between users (including parents who sign in and users of child devices) and the operator. The subscription contract is between the user and the operator. Apple is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for providing or supporting the subscription (billing uses Apple’s systems).
The Service provides messaging, video calls, check-ins, and related features to connect kids at home with their caregivers. Both parent and child modes work on iPhone and iPad. Feature details follow the App Store listing and in-app UI. The App is not a substitute for emergency services.
Example cancel path: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Orusuban. After canceling, access may continue until the paid period ends.
Copyright and other IP in the App and this site belong to the operator or rightful owners. Use beyond the license in these terms is not allowed.
Features may be temporarily unavailable due to network, device, or third-party services (Apple / Firebase / Cloudflare, etc.). To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Do not rely on the App as your only emergency contact method.
If a user violates these terms, the operator may restrict or suspend use without prior notice. The operator may also change these terms or the Service, or end the Service. Material changes will be announced by updating this page or similar means.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive first-instance jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the Service.
